1. How much time would it take for an outfit to deliver once the order is placed?

Turnaround time varies product to product. However, we ensure the delivery of your order keeping the following turnaround times in mind.

Casual Wear/Kurtis and Tops: 4 to 5 weeks
Evening and Party Wear: 5 to 6 weeks
Special Occasions/Heavily Embellished Outfits/Sarees: 6 to 7 weeks
Bridal Wear/Wedding Outfits/Bridal Sarees: 9 to 10 weeks
Turbans: 2 to 3 weeks
Men's Kurtas: 3 to 4 weeks
Men's Sherwanis: 4 to 6 weeks (depending on the sherwani)

Delivery transit time from the date of dispatch is 3 to 5 days depending on the country where you want your order to be shipped.

2. Can I make any sort of changes in my order once it is placed?

It depends on what amendments you would like to have. Some amendments can be made even after placing your order. Simply email us and we'll let you know whether amendments can be made in your order or not. However, an order can be amended within 24 hours.

3. Can I void/cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.

4. Is there any possibility that I can customize my outfit?

We can certainly incorporate changes and make a custom outfit for you. You can suggest us your sleeves, neckline, hem, trouser or any other changes that you have in mind. All you need to do is tell us your thoughts by email or phone and our team of designers will review your changes and get back to you with expert recommendations. We'll, at the same time, let you know whether your custom changes are cost affective or these can be made at the outfit cost. Once you have got approval for customization you may proceed to place your order with us. Please do not forget to fill in the additional comments box with your approved custom needs.

5. I have an acceptance for my specified order, which needs more money. How do I pay for it?

In apparel's category you will not miss Additional Work button in left menu. Click on the additional work of the approved cost and add to the shopping cart with your original order. Proceed to checkout in one go with both original order and additional work.

6. I desire to place an order with you (PERAHAN) but is it secure to use my credit card?

Perahan.com maintains the highest levels of security. We use high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

7. I have decided to place my order shortly so can you tell me what measurement do you need?

Please check to Female measurement chart for women's measurement guide and Male measurement chart for men's measurement guide and follow the guidelines while you are taking your measurements. You may leave some measurements that are only needed for specific outfits. Make sure you measure carefully and double check with it. It is a good idea to have someone else measures you.

Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes or undergarments. Jeans and heavy blouses are not recommended while being measured. Lay the tape measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it droop.

8. Can I suggest my own size as I didn't know my measurements?

Simply tell us what size do you wear and we'll make your outfit keeping the ready-to-wear sizes in mind.

9. What's the next step after placement of my order?

Your measurement and order specs will be reviewed by our design team. We'll get back to you shortly and request you to double check reconfirm your measurements and additional notes so that we can proceed to your order quickly.

10. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

If your credit or debit card was refused whilst placing an order on www.perahan.com please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

11. When do I get a refund once I have returned an Item?

Upon receipt of your return a refund will be issued within 28 days. Please note that the initial postage charge is non-refundable.
12. What if I receive my order and the package has been tampered with or is open?

Do not accept any parcel which is either open or looks damaged. Refuse these goods and contact us on cs@perahan.com. Please note that we cannot be liable for any orders you have accepted which are damaged.

13. I have forgotten my password to access My Account, how do I request a new password?

To request a new password, click on My Account and click the link "FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD" Enter your email in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password, once you have logged on with your new password you can of course change it to something more memorable.

14. How do I change password to access My Account?

To change your password, click on Log-In/Register, enter the email address that you registered with, click on FORGOT PASSWORD, and a new password will be emailed to you, you would have to login with that computer generated password and save it under a new password.

15. I have changed my email address how can I update my details to my new email address?

To amend your email address, log in with your existing email, click on MY PROFILE and amend your email address accordingly click SUBMIT.

16. I have decided to place an immense/huge order so is there any policy to get a discount on my order?

If you are placing a huge order for any special occasions, we may offer you discount. Simply tell us product names or code and we'll get back to you whether any discount can be offered.

17. Do you offer your designs in large quantity/wholesale? And if so, how can I get a wholesale quotation?

Simply tell us the item names along with the required quantity and sizes and we'll craft you a wholesale quotation based on your requirement. Usually if you are buying more than 200 pieces we can offer you good price.

18. By profession I am a designer and looking forward to use your designed clothes in my outlet so what is the procedure to do that?

Please send us your order specifications and get our price quotes based on your requirement. Once you close the quotation and let us win the contract you can send us sketches, embroidery and detailed descriptions and we'll do the rest. You can also send us fabric or any accessories that you have to add to your order. We keep all such orders confidential and do not use your designs anywhere else. Your designs will never appear on our website. We may also offer you fashion photography service which you can use to promote your label.

19. I don't have a credit card and I live in Pakistan. How do I place an order?
